Tianzhu Food Delivery

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Tianzhu Food Delivery mobile application (“App”, “Platform”, “Service”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in accordance with the laws of India.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Nature of Service
Tianzhu Food Delivery acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with restaurants and delivery partners.
We:

Enable users to browse menus

Facilitate online food ordering

Coordinate delivery through partners
We do NOT:

Prepare food

Control food quality
-
Control restaurant pricing
The restaurant is solely responsible for food preparation, hygiene, and quality.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
By using this App, you confirm:

You are legally competent under Indian Contract Act, 1872

4. User Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

All activities under their account

Providing correct delivery details
5. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through the App are subject to:

Restaurant confirmation

Availability of items

Serviceability of delivery location
The restaurant has the right to accept or reject any order.
6. Pricing & Payments

Prices are determined by restaurants.

Taxes (including GST, if applicable) may be added.

Payment must be made at the time of order.

Online payments are processed securely via:

Tianzhu Food Delivery does not store your card or banking details.
All transactions are subject to Razorpay’s terms and security policies.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
🚫 No Refund Policy
Once an order is accepted by the restaurant and food preparation has started:
No refund shall be issued.
Users acknowledge that food items are perishable goods and cannot be returned once prepared.
Refund May Be Considered Only If:

Order is not delivered

Payment deducted but order not confirmed

Incorrect or missing items delivered (subject to verification)

Order cancelled by restaurant
Refund decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of Tianzhu Food Delivery after proper investigation.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
8. Delivery Policy
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to:

Traffic conditions

Weather conditions

Restaurant delays
-
Force majeure events
We are not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

Misuse the platform

Place fraudulent orders

Abuse delivery partners

Provide false complaints for refunds
Violation may result in permanent account suspension.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tianzhu Food Delivery acts only as a technology platform.
We are not liable for:

Food quality issues

Allergic reactions

Restaurant hygiene standards

Indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total order value paid by the user.
11. Intellectual Property
All content including logo, design, text, and software belongs to Tianzhu Food Delivery and is protected under Indian copyright laws.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure of performance due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in:

14. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
