1. Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tianzhu Food Delivery. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications ("App"), the website https://tianzhu.in, and its subdomains foods.tianzhu.in and meals.tianzhu.in (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Tianzhu AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use our services. By using the Platform, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Platform Framework & User Accounts

  • The Marketplace: The Platform is an online marketplace linking independent restaurants/merchants ("Restaurants"), independent delivery service providers ("Delivery Partners"), and consumers ("Customers").

  • Account Types: The Platform accommodates Customer Accounts, Restaurant Accounts, and Delivery Partner Accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

  • Brand Ownership: "Tianzhu Food Delivery" is a brand operated under the legal entity Tianzhu AI. Tianzhu AI reserves the right to launch other products or brands under this entity.

3. Food Quality, Hygiene & Liability Disclaimer

  • Limitation of Liability: The Restaurant is solely responsible for the preparation, quality, hygiene, packaging, safety, and correctness of the food items. Tianzhu AI acts strictly as an intermediary aggregator and explicitly disclaims any liability arising from foodborne illness, sub-par food quality, or poor hygiene.

  • Prohibited Items: Restaurants are strictly prohibited from listing or selling alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances on the Platform.

4. User-Generated Content & Reels

Restaurants and users may have the ability to upload short videos ("Reels"). By uploading content, you grant Tianzhu AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host and display it. Tianzhu AI reserves the absolute right to remove any Reels without prior notice that are deemed:

  • Misleading or fraudulent.

  • Infringing on intellectual property or copyrights.

  • Offensive, abusive, or culturally inappropriate.

  • Spam, advertising unrelated services, or malicious.

5. AI Recommendations, Wallet & Promotional Programs

  • AI Recommendations: The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence (including OpenAI integrations) to provide automated meal recommendations. These are for informational purposes, and we do not guarantee they will perfectly align with dietary restrictions or personal preferences.

  • Tianzhu Promotional Wallet: The Platform may feature a digital wallet.

    • Users cannot deposit or load personal cash into this wallet.

    • The wallet holds promotional credits generated via referrals or rewards.

    • Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to external bank accounts, or used outside of the Tianzhu Food Delivery brand.

  • Referral Program: Referral rewards are subject to anti-fraud checks. There is no minimum order requirement to redeem rewards unless specifically stated in an active promotional campaign.

  • Coupons: Promotional coupons cannot be stacked, exchanged for cash, or used past their expiration dates.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
