At Tianzhu Food Delivery, your privacy is a priority. This Privacy Policy explains how Tianzhu AI collects, uses, and shares your data when you use our website, subdomains, and apps.

1. Information We Collect

We limit data collection to what is essential for fulfilling your orders and improving your experience:

  • Personal Identity Data: Name, email address, and phone number (collected during registration).

  • Delivery Data: Complete delivery addresses provided manually by the user.

  • Location Data: We access your device's GPS location strictly to allow Customers to easily fetch their current address during checkout and to enable Delivery Partners to navigate to the designated delivery point. We do not track background live location or device telemetry when the app is closed.

  • Permissions We DO NOT Request: We do not collect or request access to your device information, personal photos, or camera.

2. Payment Data Security

Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. Tianzhu AI does not store, process, or have access to your full credit/debit card details, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs. We only receive transaction statuses (Success/Failed) and the payment method type used.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

To run our platform efficiently, we share limited, required data with the following services:

  • Google Maps API: To decode delivery addresses and optimize routing paths.

  • Firebase: For app backend services, authentication support, and real-time push notifications.

  • Razorpay: To securely process payments.

  • OpenAI: To process anonymized meal histories and preferences for smart, personalized AI recommendations.

  • Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics: To capture aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics to optimize app performance.
